BUILT TO ORDER All orders are final, build time & price will vary between material and size choice, you can expect 3-12 weeks. SHIPPING We ship white glove, meaning all pieces come pre-assembled and are delivered right into your home & placed where you want it, up to one story of stairs. Once shipped it will take no longer than 2 weeks. Please note you may be responsible for any of the shipping packaging such as the pallet or crate your piece will come in. All items are made to order & all sales are final. If there is any damage non-shipping related upon delivery, we will replace any damaged parts. If the entire piece is destroyed upon delivery, we will offer to replace it free of charge. Any damage from shipping must be addressed and documented at the time of delivery with the shipping company for it to be covered. Please inspect the crate or pallet and contents for shipping related damage before signing any release with the shipper. CANCELLATIONS Orders can be cancelled within the first week for a full refund, orders cancelled between 2-3 weeks can receive a %50 refund and anything greater than 4 weeks will receice a %35 refund.
